Isn’t it interesting how disciplined we have to be to write one special handwritten note to someone per day? We have had people report that these letters of gratitude and meaning have been in their minds for over 2 years but never completed until Project Purpose. We are now at 730 participants with a goal of 90 letters in 90 days going out per participant. Whenever we approach life with positive, giving, loving hearts we find purpose and meaning and joy! We have been gifted so much, so let’s take a few minutes each morning to share our Hearts of Purpose with others! We don’t even have to watch for the value as the value is immediate as we write each one and send it off. Many are already reporting great value after only 3 days on this project! Project 2 – Create

As we spend quiet time alone, part of the giving of our “time” each day will be to let our creative juices flow. It’s amazing what we can do for others and with our businesses if we allow “time” for this creativity. Our lives are so full of hussle and bussle with “to-do” lists that are never completed and many people demanding our time that many of us never spend any time creating. In fact, too many people don’t want to think because it will cause them to go into fear or worry, so their quiet time involves the TV which puts their minds into “sleep”. For 90 days, spend time alone and focused on creating for you, your business, your family, and your Project Purpose. Let your Heart of Purpose and your mind be free to create your future!

Project 1 – Gratitude

*** Give yourself at least 10-30 minutes every morning for
Project 1, 2, and 3.
With “Hearts of Purpose”, we begin each and every day with gratitude. If possible, we should begin our day with amazing thoughts, a smile on our face, and anticipation for the day to begin. When times are difficult, we may have to search our soul for tiny things for which we are grateful. But always, we should have a list of “gratitude thoughts” that permeate our very being and keep us saying ‘thank you’ day by day and even hour by hour. Project Purpose is requesting that for 90 days, everyone begin the habit of “gratitude” FIRST thing in the morning. Begin writing down what you are most thankful for in a journal. It’s a great way to keep track of your thoughts. And we need to rid ourselves of a begrudging or negative attitude so we are not “manufacturing” gratitude.
